We want every book to arrive safely and in good time, ready to be gifted or treasured. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we ship.
PROCESSING TIME
Once your order is placed, please allow up to 2 business days for it to be packed and dispatched. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
WHERE WE SHIP
We ship to Germany, all European Union countries (except Cyprus and Malta), the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
Orders for the United Kingdom are fulfilled from within the UK, so no customs charges or import duties apply to UK customers. All other orders are shipped from our warehouse in Germany.
If you are based outside of these countries, we’d love to hear from you. Please get in touch at hello@houseofjanneke.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands: €7.49 home delivery, €5.99 pickup point. Free from €75
Other EU countries: €9.99 home delivery, €5.99 pickup point. Free from €75
United Kingdom: £3.60 standard, £4.60 express (Tracked 24). Free standard shipping from £75
Switzerland: CHF 18, tracked. Free from CHF 75
Norway: NOK 99, tracked. Free from NOK 990
United States: $19, tracked. Free from $90
Canada: CA$17, tracked. Free from CA$120
Australia: A$35, tracked. Free from A$120
New Zealand: NZ$35, tracked. Free from NZ$135
We use Sendcloud and Royal Mail to process and dispatch all orders, working with trusted carriers to ensure reliable delivery.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Once dispatched, you can expect your order to arrive within the following timeframes:
United Kingdom: 1–2 business days
Germany: 2–3 business days (express 1–2)
Other EU countries: 3–5 business days
Switzerland and Norway: 3–5 business days
United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand: 8–14 business days
Please note that these are estimates. Occasionally, delays may occur due to high demand, customs, carrier disruptions or circumstances outside our control. We appreciate your patience.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. You can use this to follow your parcel’s journey to you.
DELIVERY TO ACCESS POINTS / PICKUP POINTS
For eligible shipping services, customers may select a delivery access point or pickup point after payment. This may be offered depending on the destination and carrier.
If no access point or pickup point is selected by the customer, we will automatically assign the closest available access point to the delivery address provided. This helps us avoid unnecessary delays and ensures your order can be dispatched as quickly as possible.

TAXES & DUTIES
All prices on our website include applicable VAT. For orders within the EU, no additional charges will apply upon delivery.
For orders delivered to the United Kingdom, fulfilment takes place from within the UK, so no import duties or customs fees apply.
For Switzerland, Norway, the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, import duties and fees are covered by House of Janneke, so your order should arrive without any additional charges. If you are unexpectedly asked to pay customs fees, please contact us and we will take care of it.
