Shipping policy

We want every Book of Special Days to arrive safely and in good time, ready to be gifted or treasured. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we ship.
PROCESSING TIME
Once your order is placed, please allow 2–3 business days for it to be prepared and dispatched. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship to all European Union countries and to the United Kingdom.
Orders for Europe are fulfilled from our warehouse in Germany. Orders for the United Kingdom are fulfilled from within the UK, so no customs charges or import duties apply to UK customers.
If you are based outside of our standard shipping areas, we’d love to hear from you. Please get in touch at hello@houseofjanneke.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
SHIPPING RATES & CARRIERS
Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. Your exact shipping rate will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase — there are no surprises.
We use Sendcloud & Royal Mail to process and dispatch all orders, working with trusted carriers to ensure reliable delivery across Europe and the UK.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Once dispatched, you can expect your order to arrive within the following timeframes:
Europe: 2–5 business days
United Kingdom: 3–5 business days
Please note that these are estimates. Occasionally, delays may occur due to high demand, carrier disruptions, or circumstances outside our control. We appreciate your patience.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. You can use this to follow your parcel’s journey to you.
DELIVERY TO ACCESS POINTS / PICKUP POINTS
For eligible shipping services, customers may select a delivery access point or pickup point after payment. This is managed through our Shopify shipping settings and may be offered depending on the destination and carrier.
If no access point or pickup point is selected by the customer, we will automatically assign the closest available access point to the delivery address provided. This helps us avoid unnecessary delays and ensures your order can be dispatched as quickly as possible.

TAXES & DUTIES
All prices on our website include applicable VAT. For orders within the EU, no additional charges will apply upon delivery.
For orders delivered to the United Kingdom, fulfilment takes place from within the UK, so no import duties or customs fees apply.
