Here you can withdraw from your contract. You have 14 days from the day you received your goods. You don’t need to give a reason.

We’ll send your confirmation of receipt to this address.

You’ll find it in your order confirmation, for example #1234. If you don’t have it to hand, tell us the order date.

Privacy when you withdraw

If you withdraw from your contract on this page, we process the data you enter: your name, your email address, the details identifying the contract (for example the order number), the affected items if you name them, and the date and time of submission. We use it to process your withdrawal, to send you the acknowledgement of receipt that the law requires, and to be able to prove when the withdrawal was received. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your withdrawal concerns an existing contract, and Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR because we are legally required to provide the withdrawal function and an acknowledgement of receipt. We keep the details in a withdrawal log for three years and delete them afterwards, unless statutory retention obligations apply. We use Google Workspace to send the confirmation and keep the log. We have a data processing agreement with Google. Where data is transferred to countries outside the EU, this is based on the safeguards Google provides, such as standard contractual clauses.
